Très bon logement , super comme d’habitude avec zapinvest ! Juste dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de place de parking à l’interieur , nous étions à l’exterieur De la résidence ! A part sa rien a dire.

Magnificent apartment (brand new) in a magnificent private and secure residence in Orihuela Costa (Alicante), with 1 large pool and private parking in the basement.
Located on the ground floor, this modern and comfortable apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and open to the living-dining room with a large window overlooking a large furnished terrace, hot-cold air conditioning , security gate and free WiFi. You will feel at home!
With an ideal location, the complex is 700 m from La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center, 1.5 km from La Zenia beach, a few km from golf courses. Also close to the port city of Torrevieja and the salt lakes with their flamingos (15 minutes), water parks, beautiful walks or bike rides and many sites to visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and Murcia airport is 50 minutes away.
