Welcome to this magnificent 6-person apartment located in the Aire residence, an accessible and quiet residence in a neighbourhood where you will find everything you desire. Regarding the interior layout, upon entering the accommodation, we find a living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and storage room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom equipped with a shower. The other bedroom is fitted with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The living room opens onto an equipped terrace/balcony and its solarium to enjoy the light and view of the common areas. In terms of amenities, the property has TV with international channels, Wi-Fi and hot-cold air conditioning. The private residence offers excellent common areas with 2 swimming pools, 1 jacuzzi and 2 petanque play areas, and outdoor spaces to walk and enjoy the gardens.
