Lovely flat standing in a residence which offers proximity to all kinds of services.
This property can accommodate up to 6 persons and counts with two bedrooms, both equipped with fitted wardrobes, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as two shower rooms with toilets. The American-style kitchen opens onto a spacious living and dining room, where you will also find a comfortable sofa bed.
This charming flat has two terraces, one inside and one outside, both furnished with garden furniture. The outdoor terrace has a large sliding glass door, which can be opened to become a larger terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Additional comforts are provided, as this flat counts with French television and air conditioning hot and cold in each room to guarantee a comfortable stay in all seasons of the year.
