Welcome to this magnificent 6-person apartment located in the Aire residence, an accessible and quiet residence in a neighbourhood where you will find everything you desire. Regarding the interior layout, upon entering the accommodation, we find a living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and storage room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom equipped with a shower. The other bedroom is fitted with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The living room opens onto an equipped terrace/balcony and its solarium to enjoy the light and view of the common areas. In terms of amenities, the property has TV with international channels, Wi-Fi and hot-cold air conditioning. The private residence offers excellent common areas with 2 swimming pools, 1 jacuzzi and 2 petanque play areas, and outdoor spaces to walk and enjoy the gardens. Additionally, the apartment has its own private parking space in the underground area.The residence has elevators and stairs to access the apartments.
