Welcome to this magnificent apartment for 4 people located in the Valonia Resort residential complex, an accessible and peaceful residential area just a few metres from the sea and its promenade, in an area where you will find everything you desire.
Regarding the interior layout, upon entering the dwelling we find a living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen and storage room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with its corresponding bathroom, with its shower. The other bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room opens onto a fully equipped terrace, with a dining table and sofa to enjoy the outdoors with views.
Regarding amenities, the property features TV with international channels, Wi-Fi and air conditioning with hot and cold. The private residential complex offers different swimming pools, one of them heated, another for adults and another for children. A paper court. Outside you will find a children's playground, public gymnasium. You will also find just a few metres away a walk along the rocky beaches and sandy beach of Punta Prima. A few metres away you will enjoy the Nautilus restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner overlooking the sea.

Very beautiful modern apartment of 67 m² located in Villamartin and built in 2019 in a residence of 16 apartments close to all amenities. Located 3.5 km from the beautiful beach of LA ZENIA and next to the golf courses of Villamartin and Campoamor. This apartment with a capacity of 4 people has 2 bedrooms with wardrobes (one with 1 double bed of 1.60m, the other with 2 single beds), 2 shower rooms (with underfloor heating) and toilet, a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room. Television with channels in several languages (French, English, Spanish, Belgian... and wifi). It also has a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as storage space, a terrace without overlooking neighbours of 14m² with an unobstructed 180° sea view, a balcony in the master bedroom, a parking space (25) underground (opening with remote control).
