Welcome to this magnificent apartment for 4 people located in the Valonia Resort residential complex, an accessible and peaceful residential area just a few metres from the sea and its promenade, in an area where you will find everything you desire.
Regarding the interior layout, upon entering the dwelling we find a living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen and storage room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with its corresponding bathroom, with its shower. The other bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room opens onto a fully equipped terrace, with a dining table and sofa to enjoy the outdoors with views.
Regarding amenities, the property features TV with international channels, Wi-Fi and air conditioning with hot and cold. The private residential complex offers different swimming pools, one of them heated, another for adults and another for children. A paper court. Outside you will find a children's playground, public gymnasium. You will also find just a few metres away a walk along the rocky beaches and sandy beach of Punta Prima. Splendid apartment for four people located on the ground floor of a private residence in Orihuela Costa.
Regarding accommodation, it has 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The living room is very bright and the kitchen is fully equipped. Finally, we have a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has all appliances, television, hot and cold air conditioning and, in addition, a washing machine.
There is also a large private terrace of 32 square metres.
Furthermore, the apartment has a large communal swimming pool and also one for children, accessible from its terrace. The environment is magnificent and very safe for children and the gardens, which also have a jacuzzi, are very beautiful
The sea is only 1.5 km away. You will be able to practise various water sports there. On the other hand, we will have the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre at 2.5 km, one of the best shopping centres in Spain. There, we will find a wide range of shops of all types.
