Splendid apartment for four people located on the ground floor of a private residence in Orihuela Costa.
Regarding housing, it has 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The living room is very bright and the kitchen is fully equipped. Finally, we have a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has all the appliances, television, air conditioning for cold and hot temperatures, and also a washing machine.
There is also a spacious private terrace of 32 square metres.
Likewise, the apartment has a large communal and children's swimming pool, which can be accessed from its terrace. The surroundings are beautiful and very safe for children and the gardens, which also have a jacuzzi, are very lovely.
The sea is located just 1.5 km away. Various water sports can be carried out there. On the other hand, we will have the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre 2.5 km away, one of the best shopping centres in all of Spain. There we will find a wide range of shops of all kinds. The Villamartín golf course is also very close, at 4 km.
The bus stop is 500 metres from the building, so you can go to any area you wish.
In the surroundings, we have several pubs, nightclubs and other venues.
The environment is beautiful and very safe for children. The gardens are very nice and have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and children's pool.
If you are looking for a holiday near the coast, this apartment is ideal for you.

Beautiful modern flat of 67 m² located in Villamartin and built in 2019 in a residence of 16 flats close to all amenities. Located 3.5 km from the beautiful ZENIA beach and next to the Villamartin and Campoamor golf courses. This 4-person flat has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one with a 1.60 m double bed, the other with 2 single beds), 2 shower rooms (with underfloor heating) and WC, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room. It also has a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a storage area, a 14m² terrace with a breathtaking 180° view of the sea, a balcony in the master bedroom, an underground parking space (25) (opened by remote control). The air conditioning (hot and cold) is managed by an Airzone control unit. All appliances are fully equipped.
Outside: the enclosed communal area has a lawn for relaxing, a swimming pool with a section for small children, a jacuzzi and showers. The flat is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
