Splendid apartment for four people located on the ground floor of a private residence in Orihuela Costa.
Regarding the accommodation, it has 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and another with 2 single beds. The living room is very bright and the kitchen is fully equipped. Finally, we have a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has all appliances, television, hot and cold air conditioning and, furthermore, a washing machine.
There is also a spacious private terrace of 32 square metres.
Furthermore, the apartment has a large communal swimming pool and also one for children, accessible from your terrace. The surroundings are magnificent and very safe for children and the gardens, which also have a jacuzzi, are very beautiful.
The sea is only 1.5 km away. You will be able to practise various water sports. On the other hand, we will have the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre at 2.5 km, one of the best shopping centres in Spain. There you will find a wide range of shops of all types.
