Very beautiful modern apartment of 67 m² located in Villamartin and built in 2019 in a residence of 16 apartments close to all amenities. Located 3.5 km from the beautiful beach of LA ZENIA and next to the golf courses of Villamartin and Campoamor. This apartment with a capacity of 4 people has 2 bedrooms with wardrobes (one with 1 double bed of 1.60m, the other with 2 single beds), 2 shower rooms (with underfloor heating) and toilet, a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room. Television with channels in several languages (French, English, Spanish, Belgian... and wifi).
