Welcome to this magnificent apartment for 6 people located in the Aire residence, an accessible and peaceful residential complex in an area where you will find everything you desire. Regarding the interior layout, upon entering the property, we find a living room-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen and storage room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. The other bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room opens onto an equipped terrace/balcony and its solarium to enjoy the light and views of the common areas. In terms of amenities, the property has TV with international channels, Wi-Fi and hot-cold air conditioning. The private residence offers excellent common areas with 2 swimming pools, 1 jacuzzi and 2 petanque courts, and outdoor spaces for walking and enjoying the gardens. Furthermore, the apartment has its own private parking space in an underground area. The residence has lifts and stairs to access the apartments.
