Splendid apartment for four people located on the ground floor of a private residence in Orihuela Costa.
Regarding the accommodation, it has 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and another with 2 single beds. The living room is very bright and the kitchen is fully equipped. Finally, we have a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has all appliances, television, hot and cold air conditioning and, furthermore, a washing machine.
There is also a spacious private terrace of 32 square metres.
Furthermore, the apartment has a large communal swimming pool and also one for children, accessible from your terrace. The surroundings are magnificent and very safe for children and the gardens, which also have a jacuzzi, are very beautiful.
The sea is only 1.5 km away. You will be able to practise various water sports. On the other hand, we will have the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre at 2.5 km, one of the best shopping centres in Spain. There you will find a wide range of shops of all types. Villamartín golf course is also very close, at 4 km.
The bus stop is 500 metres from the building, so you can go to any desired area.
In the surroundings, we have several pubs, nightclubs and other entertainment venues.
The environment is magnificent and very safe for children. The gardens are very beautiful and feature a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a children's pool.

Very beautiful modern apartment of 67 m² located in Villamartin and built in 2019 in a residence of 16 apartments close to all amenities. Located 3.5 km from the beautiful beach of LA ZENIA and next to the golf courses of Villamartin and Campoamor. This apartment with a capacity of 4 people has 2 bedrooms with wardrobes (one with 1 double bed of 1.60m, the other with 2 single beds), 2 shower rooms (with underfloor heating) and toilet, a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room. Television with channels in several languages (French, English, Spanish, Belgian... and wifi). It also has a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as storage space, a terrace without overlooking neighbours of 14m² with an unobstructed 180° sea view, a balcony in the master bedroom, a parking space (25) underground (opening with remote control). Air conditioning (hot and cold) is managed by an Airzone central unit. The electrical appliances are absolutely complete.
