We welcome you to this large and beautiful two-storey villa located in the centre of Pilar de la Horadada for six people.
Inside, there are three bedrooms with double beds. Two of them have a large terrace on the upper floor and one of them overlooks the swimming pool. The house also has two bathrooms, one on the upper floor and the other on the lower floor. On the other hand, the kitchen is fully equipped and the rest of the house offers television with international channels, hot and cold air conditioning, WiFi and outdoor parking in front of the villa.
Outside, the private swimming pool with outdoor shower is located next to a large garden equipped with furniture, where there is a beautiful tree and where you can enjoy family lunches and dinners peacefully. The swimming pool is equipped with a heat pump, which allows you to enjoy a pleasant temperature during the coldest months. If you access the upper floor, you will discover views over a park.
The villa is located in a very strategic area, a 3-minute walk from restaurants and a 5-minute walk from Aldi and Dia supermarkets. As for beaches, you will find the closest one a 5-minute drive away, El Mojón beach at Torre de la Horadada. Within less than 15 minutes' drive, you will find Lo Romero and Villamartin golf courses and Balsicas Mar Menor train station. At 20 minutes, you can practise water sports in Torrevieja and enjoy its beautiful beaches. Furthermore, if you need to go to the airport, you will be 30 minutes from Murcia airport and 50 minutes from Alicante-Elche airport.
