It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 luxury bathrooms with Italian shower and bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry room. The living room is spacious, bright and opens onto a large terrace of 38 m². It can accommodate 6 people.
It is equipped with air conditioning (and heating), a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, etc.
The apartment has covered parking.
Her south-west facing terrace allows one to enjoy optimal sunshine and the sunset over Gibraltar.
It is located 1 km from the beach, accessible on foot. It is less than 10 minutes from La Duquesa port, less than 5 minutes from the prestigious Sotogrande port and 15 minutes from the charming town of Estepona. You can also shop and have lunch in Marbella. In fact, the complex is 30 minutes from Puerto Banús, the famous port of Marbella. It is therefore ideally located near all the infrastructures of the region.
The proposed activities are numerous. Estepona and Sotogrande are considered ideal places for family holidays or playing golf in southern Spain. There are other sports centres such as polo, tennis clubs, numerous beach clubs and beach restaurants.

Lovely flat near Sotogrande

We were three couples who stayed to watch the final of the polo (Copa de Oro). The views are the star of the show! Location wise, it’s really good but only if you have a car as there isn’t much around the flat but for us it was perfect, only a 7 minusee more

Covered parking included in the stay was super helpful. The beaches nearby are also super nice.
Big enough space for all of us, kitchen was in working order and the terrace was gorgeous! We would definitely stay again! |
