We stayed here for 2 and a half weeks. We found the apartment perfect for our stay. It was clean and served all our needs. Kitchen was well equipped and the oven and dishwasher appeared to be brand new. The pools were great. No quiet time and kids wsee more

Kitchen was well equipped and the oven and dishwasher appeared to be brand new. The pools were great. No quiet time and kids were allowed to have floaties in the pool. The grounds are immaculate. Lovely little library on site too where you can leave your books and get some new ones.

In the heart of Andalusia, you can easily reach Estepona (15min), Marbella (30min), Malaga (50min), Gibraltar (25min). A bit further, Ronda, Seville and Granada.
You can also spend a day on the African coast by taking the ferry (35min crossing) from Tarifa.

A spacious 100 m² apartment will seduce you with its space, interior decoration, splendid views of the solarium, south-west orientation. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, blender, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, freezer, ...), 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), a beautiful very comfortable living room equipped with a sofa bed. The solarium offers magnificent 200° views, with a table, 8 chairs, sun loungers. TV with French channels and rechargeable wifi router (at the tenant's expense).
Maximum capacity: 5 people
The residence has very beautiful and well-maintained outdoor areas, a communal swimming pool with a magnificent view of Gibraltar, and a monitored parking area. Access is secure.
The apartment is located 1.5 km from the beach and some impressive coves, 2 km from shops, bars and restaurants, 5 minutes from Sotogrande and 10 minutes from the port of La Duquesa.
