Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cet appartement moderne et parfaitement équipé, idéal pour se détendre sur la Costa del Sol. Tout est neuf, propre et décoré avec goût — les lits sont très confortables, la cuisine pratique et la terrasse offre une vue superbe sur la piscine et la mer .
Les installations de la résidence sont excellentes : piscines, salle de sport, sauna, hammam, billard et aire de jeux pour enfants. L’environnement est calme et très sécurisé, à quelques minutes des plages et du port de La Duquesa. Petit conseil : l’emplacement peut être un peu difficile à trouver la première fois. Lisez donc attentivement les instructions laissées par l’agence avant d’arriver. En résumé, un refuge de luxe et de tranquillité, parfait pour profiter du soleil andalou. ⭐ Nous recommandons vivement ! |

In the heart of Andalusia, you can easily reach Estepona (15min), Marbella (30min), Malaga (50min), Gibraltar (25min). A bit further, Ronda, Seville and Granada.
You can also spend a day on the African coast by taking the ferry (35min crossing) from Tarifa.

A spacious 100 m² apartment will seduce you with its space, interior decoration, splendid views of the solarium, south-west orientation. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, blender, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, freezer, ...), 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), a beautiful very comfortable living room equipped with a sofa bed. The solarium offers magnificent 200° views, with a table, 8 chairs, sun loungers. TV with French channels and rechargeable wifi router (at the tenant's expense).
Maximum capacity: 5 people
The residence has very beautiful and well-maintained outdoor areas, a communal swimming pool with a magnificent view of Gibraltar, and a monitored parking area. Access is secure.
The apartment is located 1.5 km from the beach and some impressive coves, 2 km from shops, bars and restaurants, 5 minutes from Sotogrande and 10 minutes from the port of La Duquesa.
