This apartment has all the comforts to meet your needs: fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower), storage space, air conditioning, additional bed in the living room, a large 30 square metre wooden terrace with an exceptional 180° view of the Mediterranean Sea. From the mezzanine, you can see the contours of the Moroccan mountains.
Maximum capacity: 4 adults and 2 children.
The complex has green spaces, a children's playground, a large outdoor swimming pool and a heated indoor pool in winter (closed in summer).
There is also a car park in the basement available. A lift offers direct access from the car park to the apartment on the (3) upper floor (easy for transporting luggage and loads to the apartment).
Location: Located halfway between the La Duquesa marina and the Sotogrande port, 3 minutes by car from the beach (1.5 km from La Cala Cerdeña), 15 minutes from Estepona, 30 minutes from Marbella and 50 minutes from Málaga.
For golfers, a dozen golf courses within 10 kilometres. For beach lovers, at the foot of the hill, kilometres of unspoilt beaches await them.

1. The indoor pool was advertised on the listing and it should NOT have been as it’s closed off season. We brought the swimming gear for the flat for no reason.

There has been no manual on arrival which is a norm in each apartment/rentals, to include personal recommendations on places to eat out, shop, etc. Equally, water taps in the kitchen should have been mentioned - they have been closed and this is why we could not operate the washing machine. We did not want to risk touching those, so things like that would eliminate the guessing game. 3. It would have been useful a representative to show us around on arrival or leave a note - the instructions on access and how to operate were not detailed enough. |

Contact met ZapHoliday verliep zeer vlot. We konden de sleutels zelfs vroeger afhalen omdat het appartement vroeger klaar was. Alles was zeer netjes en proper. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal en de residentie ligt rustig op een heuvel met prachtig uitzicsee more

Het uitzicht is fenomenaal en de residentie ligt rustig op een heuvel met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Je hebt wel een wagen nodig voor je verplaatsingen want je ligt wel een beetje ver weg van Horeca en winkels en de weg naar de residentie gaat vaak steil omhoog.

The main door lock wasn’t closing please check this, and also one door in the kitchen wasn’t closing. And please leave bit of salt in the kitchen we only had sugar. For example to cook noodles.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, mixer, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, freezer, ...), 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), a beautiful and very comfortable living room equipped with a sofa bed. The solarium offers magnificent 200° views, with a table, 8 chairs, sun loungers. TV with French channels and rechargeable wifi router (at the tenant's expense).

The residence has very beautiful and well-maintained outdoor spaces, a communal swimming pool with a magnificent view of Gibraltar, and a monitored parking area. Access is guaranteed.
