One chair available to sit on for a room serving a family was quite difficult, and any longer than a week would have been difficult as there was 5 of us . I would definitely recommend the apartment in the future but only for 2 people. We had a slight issue with the kettle when we arrived, and Vicky in Zap holidays was amazing and sorted it right away. Excellent service from zap. Thank you.

The classic Duquesa sewer-smell. Comes from the vents and drains. Nasty. The garage was a problem - the roof was coming down - don’t try to park on the street in Duquesa during the weekend. Fix the sliding doors - they don’t lock.

The apartment is ideally located 10 minutes from the beaches and marina, it is bright, comfortable and suitable for 4 people. It has a large furnished terrace (18m²) with sea view and view of gardens and swimming pools.
The apartment is very modern and fully equipped. It is composed as follows:
a bedroom with 2 single beds (with built-in wardrobe), living room with coffee tables and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub, hot and cold air conditioning, flat-screen television, free Wifi.
The Duquesa Suites Golf and Gardens complex is located between the charming La Duquesa Marina and La Duquesa Golf (18 holes) in San Luis de Sabinillas, a picturesque Andalusian village, 30 minutes from Marbella.
The residence is perfectly maintained, green, calm and secure (access by remote control and 24/24 security guard).
Magnificent lush gardens with a natural pond. Sunbeds are available in the flowered gardens and near the 3 swimming pools.

Magnificent and pleasant apartment, fully renovated, bright, facing the sea, and 200 metres from the beach.
Located on the 4th floor of an urbanisation, accessible by lift, it comprises a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, percolator, citrus press, electric kettle, washing machine). This kitchen opens onto a bright living room.
The apartment also comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower), each with a toilet, and a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. It is equipped with television and free WIFI.
It has air conditioning and 3 silent fans, in each bedroom and in the living room.
The urbanisation offers a large swimming pool with a paddling pool, a children's play area, two paddle courts and a private underground garage space.
