We would have really appreciated if you had informed us about these issues during your stay, as we would have been happy to resolve them promptly and make your experience more comfortable. Regarding the rubbish disposal, while this information is not currently specified in the welcome details, we will take note of your suggestion. The bins are actually located just a few steps from the main entrance and are visible upon arrival, but we understand that clearer guidance can be helpful. Inclusive cleaning fee of Eur 120 seemed rather excessive for a 4 night stay. Boiler stopped working at one point but then started again ( just before a technician arrived to look at it !)

Durante la estancia tuvimos problemas con el calentador de agua, y a causa de los mismos sufrimos cortes de luz y de agua caliente.
Finalmente se solucionaron estos problemas, pero fueron un inconveniente.
