Description
It is located near several golf courses, 1.5 km from the charming port of La Duquesa with its many bars and restaurants, 3 km from the commercial town of San Luis de Sabinillas, 15 km from Estepona and Sotogrande, 35 km from the centre of Marbella and its luxurious Puerto Banús, and also 35 km from the Rock of Gibraltar.
The apartment consists of two large double-bedded rooms, a double sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool bath, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker).
The equipment also includes an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.
The residence has a lift, an underground garage, a large swimming pool with a children's pool, a playground, parasols, sun loungers and two paddle tennis courts.
Guests will be able to enjoy a spacious and furnished terrace facing south-west with a view of the play area and the swimming pool.
