The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, blender, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, freezer, ...), 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), a beautiful very comfortable living room equipped with a sofa bed. The solarium offers magnificent 200° views, with a table, 8 chairs, sun loungers. TV with French channels and rechargeable wifi router (at the tenant's expense).

The residence has very beautiful and well-maintained outdoor areas, a communal swimming pool with a magnificent view of Gibraltar, and a monitored parking area. Access is secure.
The apartment is located 1.5 km from the beach and some impressive coves, 2 km from shops, bars and restaurants, 5 minutes from Sotogrande and 10 minutes from the port of La Duquesa.
