The apartment is ideally located 10 minutes from the beaches and marina, it is bright, comfortable and suitable for 4 people. It has a large furnished terrace (18m²) with sea view and view of gardens and swimming pools.
The apartment is very modern and fully equipped. It is composed as follows:

Magnificent and pleasant apartment, fully renovated, bright, facing the sea, and 200 metres from the beach.
Located on the 4th floor of an urbanisation, accessible by lift, it comprises a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, percolator, citrus press, electric kettle, washing machine). This kitchen opens onto a bright living room.
