Magnificent apartment located 2 km from the port and beach, in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Manilva, Duquesa de la Villa. It features 5 swimming pools, a paddle tennis court, and beautiful gardens.
The apartment offers a beautiful view of two swimming pools and gardens as well as the countryside and the Andalusian coastline. It is air-conditioned and has been completely painted and decorated. The floors and bathrooms are made of local marble.
It has a large living room extended by a vast terrace with a dining area and a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry room with washing machine and iron. It includes 2 bedrooms with new bedding (double bed in one and two single beds in the other), 2 bathrooms and a toilet (one with bubble bath and shower, the other with shower).

I like the apartment but the knives in the kitchen need to be replaced, and some of the pots and pans. There are one pan and one pot that can be used for cooking, the other ones are unhealthy to use. Otherwise it is ok.

Habría que mejorar la comunicación con la agencia.
La limpieza no era lo esperado al entrar al apartamento pero la agencia se ofreció a realizar una nueva limpieza y solucionaron el problema.

The apartment is ideally located 10 minutes from the beaches and the marina, it is bright, comfortable and suitable for 4 people. It has a large furnished terrace (18m²) with sea views and views of the gardens and pools. The apartment is very modern and fully equipped. It is composed as follows: a bedroom with 2 single beds (with built-in wardrobe), living room with low tables and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning in hot cold, flat screen TV, free Wifi.
