The apartment is ideally located 10 minutes from the beaches and marina, it is bright, comfortable and suitable for 4 people. It has a large furnished terrace (18m²) with sea view and view of gardens and swimming pools.
The apartment is very modern and fully equipped. It is composed as follows:
a bedroom with 2 single beds (with built-in wardrobe), living room with coffee tables and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub, hot and cold air conditioning, flat-screen television, free Wifi.
The Duquesa Suites Golf and Gardens complex is located between the charming La Duquesa Marina and La Duquesa Golf (18 holes) in San Luis de Sabinillas, a picturesque Andalusian village, 30 minutes from Marbella.
The residence is perfectly maintained, green, calm and secure (access by remote control and 24/24 security guard).
Magnificent lush gardens with a natural pond. Sunbeds are available in the flowered gardens and near the 3 swimming pools.
For children, there is a secure playground and a children's pool (supervised by a lifeguard).
Common barbecues available with garden tables and parasols.
2 padel courts, petanque and ping-pong.
Many bars, restaurants and supermarkets are 5 minutes walk away.
La Duquesa marina is 5 minutes walk away.
Sandy beaches are 10 minutes walk away.
