- A large terrace of 29 m2 with a view of the pool area, fully furnished (tables, lounge, chairs, sun loungers) for aperitifs, meals and enjoying the Andalusian sun and sea breeze.
- A utility-storage room with washing machine.
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with internet-WiFi.
Ideally located, within 1.5 km you will find shops, bars, restaurants, beach bars, as well as the small port of La Duquesa, a must-see in the region, and the Senda Litoral for long walks along the sea.
At 4 km, golf enthusiasts will appreciate the courses of La Duquesa, Doña Julia, Finca Cortesin...
There are numerous tourist possibilities, such as visiting the pretty towns of Sotogrande (15 km to the west), Estepona (15 km to the east), Marbella (40 km), Málaga (90 km). All these localities border the magnificent coastline of the Costa del Sol.

Confort , propreté .. bref nous avons d passé un escellent séjour sous le soleil de la Costa del sol . Nous reviendrons rapidement !!!
