With an ideal location, this beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor of a lovely residence can accommodate 2 people.
It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room with sofa bed and a dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Air conditioning.
Beautiful terrace with sea and pool views.
The residence has 4 swimming pools, a children's park, a barbecue area, underground parking, beautiful outdoor facilities around a lake and is permanently secured with a guard service and video surveillance system.
It is located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, on the Duquesa golf course, just 5 minutes walk from the marina and beaches, 10 minutes from the town of Estepona, 25 minutes from Marbella and 50 minutes from Malaga airport.
