Magnificent and pleasant apartment, fully renovated, bright, facing the sea, and 200 metres from the beach.
Located on the 4th floor of an urbanisation, accessible by lift, it comprises a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, percolator, citrus press, electric kettle, washing machine). This kitchen opens onto a bright living room.
The apartment also comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower), each with a toilet, and a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. It is equipped with television and free WIFI.
