Located on the first floor and with a south-facing terrace, this apartment is one of the best in the complex. It features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heating and unlimited high-speed internet in the apartment for those who wish to use laptops or smartphones to connect to the internet. The apartment offers you a high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi) and a television with a wide variety of French and international channels.
The terrace is directly accessible from the living room and the main bedroom. Within reach, you can enjoy a glass of sangria in the sun.
Notes on the property:
Enjoy the terrace (with table and loungers) for aperitifs and light meals with an impressive view of the pool and mountains in the background. Smoking is only allowed on the apartment's outdoor balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Exterior: Beautiful gardens with a large pool as can be seen in the photos. There is also a children's paddling pool. Parasols are available in the garden for sunbathing and relaxing. A common shower is available on the ground floor. A lifeguard will be on duty during the summer season from June to September and again during the holiday weeks of May and October.
