El piso no estaba en las condiciones esperadas en cuanto a limpieza.
En la vajilla había restos de comida, los muebles de cocina estaban pegajosos de haber cocinado y con bastantes salpicaduras.
Olía mucho a cerrado.

En la vajilla había restos de comida, los muebles de cocina estaban pegajosos de haber cocinado y con bastantes salpicaduras. Olía mucho a cerrado. La ventana del servicio en suite está estropeada, no cierra bien y varios dias que hizo viento se abría constantemente, lo cual era muy molesto. La tapa del inodoro del servicio en suite está en mal estado y se mueve constantemente. En las fotos del anuncio se veía que había una cafetera Nesspreso, y no la hay, únicamente hay una cafetera normal de filtros. |

Nuestro equipo de limpieza es profesional y se encarga de preparar cada alojamiento con antelación a la llegada de nuestros huéspedes, siguiendo protocolos establecidos para garantizar el confort y la higiene. Dicho esto, si al llegar detectó alguna deficiencia, habríamos agradecido que nos lo comunicara de inmediato. De ese modo, habríamos podido informar a nuestro equipo y valorar posibles soluciones durante su estancia, como una limpieza adicional o el reemplazo de algún elemento si fuera necesario.
