We arrived on Saturday and had to pick up our keys and instructions from the lock box. All of that was fine until we got to our apartment. The instructions were not correct and we struggled to find the apartment. I tried calling but there was no osee more

The instructions were not correct and we struggled to find the apartment. I tried calling but there was no one to answer our distress call. Fortunately, after many attempts we found the suite. Would have been nice if a Zap representative was available to speak to.

Nos parece muy útil y estamos trabajando en incorporar recomendaciones locales de excursiones, playas y restaurantes, para que nuestros huéspedes puedan disfrutar aún más de la zona y orientarse con facilidad.
