This penthouse has air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms, blinds on all windows, private parking in the basement, cable TV, wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one en suite) with bathtub and shower, and finally 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (1 double bed/2 single beds and a spacious and comfortable sofa bed).

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment, a haven of peace in Andalusia, ideally located between the sea and the mountain.
Located on the first floor of a 2-storey building with a lift, our apartment offers a comfortable and modern environment for your stay. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to four people, ideal for families or couples.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home, with all the necessary utensils at your disposal. Enjoy the reversible air conditioning to cool down during hot summer days or warm up during cooler nights (with time limiter).
Relax on our 25-square-metre furnished terrace, a peaceful spot where you can enjoy your breakfast or simply bask in the Andalusian sunshine. With a reserved parking space, you won't have to worry about finding a place for your car.
