Very nice apartment on the 1st line of the golf course (Dona julia) with remarkable views of the golf course, the sea, the Rock of Gibraltar and the African coast. The apartment is located in a quiet area and in a family residential complex with a lift, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, dryer, iron, internet access (WiFi), hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning, TV, communal pool, covered parking in the same building. It also has a 20 m2 south-facing terrace with a bar table for 4 people and garden furniture. A 70 m2 solarium terrace, accessible by a spiral staircase, offers an outdoor kitchen area with a large work surface, iron and electric grill, fridge and sink (cold water). It also has a table for 6 people, garden furniture and sun loungers. Air conditioning in the living room and blinds in each bedroom. Super equipped kitchen with American fridge (water and ice dispenser), microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus juicer.
