Only having one key made it a little difficult to coordinate, if the family were not together at all times. The galley style kitchen really only accomodates one person at a time.

Ce n'était pas un appartement pour moi. Je voulais une vue mer, pas eue. Les proportions des pièces de l'appartement sont correctes quoique pour la 2ème sdb, 1 m² n'est pas une superficie pour une sdb, à mes yeux. Il ne manque rien dans ce logement, TV, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver le linge, congélateur, un grand frigo, cafétière, thé, bcq de vaisselle tout est propre. Serviettes (petites et grandes) literie confortable et douceur des housses de couette. Un parking pour une voiture moyenne. Résidence sécurisée. Pas bcq d'ensoleillement.

The apartment is ideally located 10 minutes from the beaches and marina, it is bright, comfortable and suitable for 4 people. It has a large furnished terrace (18m²) with sea view and view of gardens and swimming pools.
The apartment is very modern and fully equipped. It is composed as follows:
a bedroom with 2 single beds (with built-in wardrobe), living room with coffee tables and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub, hot and cold air conditioning, flat-screen television, free Wifi.
The Duquesa Suites Golf and Gardens complex is located between the charming La Duquesa Marina and La Duquesa Golf (18 holes) in San Luis de Sabinillas, a picturesque Andalusian village, 30 minutes from Marbella.
The residence is perfectly maintained, green, calm and secure (access by remote control and 24/24 security guard).
Magnificent lush gardens with a natural pond. Sunbeds are available in the flowered gardens and near the 3 swimming pools.
