Located in the heart of the Doña Julia golf course in Casares, this apartment is located 10 minutes’ walk from the beach and is close to all services. 5 minutes from the town of Sabinillas where you will find shops and restaurants, 10 minutes from the Duquesa marina, 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Estepona and 30 minutes from Marbella.
It consists of 2 bedrooms (one with 1 king size double bed and the other with 2 singles), 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully and well equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and coffee maker.
TV with French and Spanish channels. Wifi connection in the apartment and air conditioning (cold / heat)
The 30 m² terrace offers beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.

Sobre la casa, el peor detalle es que no tiene barbacoa. Sobre Zap, lo peor son los horarios de entrada/salida que son muy malos, las llaves tienes que recogerlas a unos cuantos kilómetros, no te explican nada de la casa, etc.

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to four people, ideal for families or couples. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals as if you were at home, with all the necessary utensils at your disposal.
