Magnificent 90 m² penthouse located on the second floor of a (2020) very quiet residence in the heart of nature.
The view is clear over 180 degrees, with views of the sea, mountains, a vineyard hillside, and the Casares golf course directly accessible on foot. The main orientation is to the south, but the sun illuminates the immense terrace from early morning until sunset. The apartment is very bright and equipped with air conditioning (reversible in heating mode for winter) in all rooms.
The terrace is approximately 140 m² and consists of a lounge area for 6 people, a table for 6 to 8 people with a large parasol, as well as 2 comfortable sun loungers. All enhanced with tropical plants.
The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a fully equipped American kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, pod coffee machine, toaster, ...), a cozy living room with a smart TV and soundbar, and a dining area for 6 people.
It also has 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), walk-in closet and shower room (with sink, toilet, shower and bidet) as well as a second bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 closet and a second shower room. Both bedrooms are equipped with shutters for the night.
The apartment is secured by an alarm system as well as smoke detectors.
The residence features 3 swimming pools as well as a paddle court (rackets and balls provided). The Casares golf course is 1 minute walking distance away and the renowned Finca Cortesin golf course is 500 meters away.
At 150 meters there is also a pizzeria and a restaurant.
Many walks are possible from the residence.
Numerous parking spaces available.
The sea is located approximately 1km away with restaurants and bars. The port of La Duquesa is 4km away.
The airport is 55 minutes away.
The charming center of Estepona 10 minutes away, Marbella at 25 minutes with its famous Puerto Banus port.
Gibraltar at 35km, Torremolinos at 1h, Granada at 2h, Seville and Cordoba at 2h30.

3. Should at least provide the "first" roll of toilet paper as people may need to use the loo right after check in before can make the way to the supesee more
